Best substitute for chappati !
The product i bought is keto atta 2 kg This is my honest review. Initially i was sceptical if this would work . but yes, it did I made chapati dough with this flour and it came out very well, in-fact it puffed up like the usual chappati. the flavour is good. Definitely a go! go! product for all keto lovers.

Helps stay off carbs in Keto which is most important.. Flavour follows..
Have been following keto diet since 2 months. It has been showing good results and lo has helped to keep me off carbs. The rotis are a good and filling. The taste is better than other variants available and mix of Healthy stuff like coconut flour, almond flour and seeds.. Great choice.

Great product
This is the third time buying this product. It definitely helped me keep my carbs in limit and most importantly the feeling of being full after eating being on strict diet helped a lot. It is far more easier to make chappati with lo keto atta as compared to other keto atta. I would say give it a try it might take sometime to get use to the taste but when it does it will definitely promote weight loss.

Calorie friendly for keto diet. Not so friendly for chapathis. Taste is okish. Can tolerate. Not bad
Best for keto diet. Mostly fibres. Ao no probs in taking 2-3 serves a day. Only problem its not made to make rotis. U cannot make chappathis thin enough it ll break into pieces. So I make pancakes. Its easier. Taste not bad. Not that I would prefer to eat but hey you are on keto. This wont bite back. Its tolerable and doesnt cause a hinderance to eat

Good for Health.
I and my wife are diabetic. Also both of us are a little overweight. One of my relatives recommended me Lo's Keto Flour to control both my diabetes and weight. We ordered this product initially 1 kg, on Amazon. We tried it. We tried chapati made of Keto Flour. We liked it's taste. It's easyto digest. With a few days we realised that our sugar levels have come down and our weight has also come down. I shall recommend this product to anyone has similar problems as ours. It's value for money.

Good product but difficult to prepare
Product is good but difficult to prepare into a chappathi...the manufacturer can probably provide suggestions to prepare the dough for making rotis

Initially, I thought this was an easy solution, but from my own personal experience, I have concluded that this is an incomplete and misguided recommendation that overlooks the bigger picture. Initial Success and the Real Setback It is true that when I started a low-carb diet, I immediately noticed two things: * I lost weight. * My blood sugar levels saw an initial drop. Seeing these quick results, I thought I was on the right track. But the reality was quite different. After some time, I found the harsh truth that these diets had almost 'crushed' my insulin sensitivity, and as a result, my insulin resistance rapidly increased. I Created a "Ticking Time Bomb" This was a compromise with my body that I now refer to as a "Ticking Time Bomb." I had trained my body in such a way that it was no longer able to efficiently utilize carbohydrate energy. I realized this when I tried to reintroduce healthy and whole carbohydrates into my diet—such as fruits, sweet potatoes, legumes, and whole grains. My body's increased insulin resistance surfaced immediately, and I felt that this method was not sustainable for long-term health. My Conclusion I believe this method is absolutely not the right way to achieve long-term and lasting results for diabetes. It is merely a short-term game to make the numbers look better, while it hollows out the body's fundamental mechanism—namely, insulin sensitivity—from the inside.
