Each of the trigger point products are great so is this one. Exactly as per description. When combined with foam roller great massage for glutes, calves and hamstring area. Also useful for other areas. definitely beats a tennis ball :) Pro: Good grip, dosent get dirty, perfect size. Con: Expensive
