This is not a book easy to follow hearing it so I would rather buy the book than the audiobook

I spent weeks to read this book. It was worth the time spent. This book totally change my mindset from ego- to eco- prospective thinking. Highly recommended. I will continue to read more Otto's books and attend his MOOC course.

I am thrilled by this second Edition. It is worthwhile noting, that it is still not so popular and most of the scientist I have worked with, have never heard about it, so still some work to do in marketing. It will not be so easy to accept it as a theory as such, but on the other hand, now a days with the fast knowledge gathering and disemination of innovative ideas, I guess theories might become faster an accepted theory as they used to in former decades. It is similar to emotional intelligence EI. In many universities still not accepted as valid or scientifically prooven. It appears that it depends on the School or University's point of view but a merely scientific point of view. I am convinced that we will need to start to look at other scientific producers of innovative ways to explain the world, and get a bit away from the Western world, looking at Africa, Central&Latin America and Asian approaches. Again, I am a fan of O. Scharmers Theory U as it requests everybody to learn to become a listener and to let things evolve. We indeed need to learn from the future, management theories do not grasp anymore. Amazing how long it takes, that this becomes an accepted view.
