Slow and low battery life
Takes forever to get to temp and battery life is low

Inaccurate
I put two analog thermometers into a roast I made and they read 160 degrees. I put this in and EVENTUALLY (it's not instant-read) it showed 200 degrees! Only took a month to get here, too.
