Waffle House Frying Pan
I bought this after watching some Waffle House instructional videos on YouTube, followed their directions, and started making some really delicious eggs. So long as I kept it seasoned and oiled, it kept working better and better.To season I would pour in salt, and scrub away with a paper towel.This is a fantastic aluminum frying pan, and if that is what you want, I fully recommend this product.But, if you’re like me, and never owned one before, I found myself disturbed that when I would season, pouring in salt, then scrubbing with paper towels, the salt would turn silver. At first I figured it was because it was new, but later it disturbed me. Again, absolutely delicious eggs, great product, but today I only cook in glass, stainless steel, and cast iron.Again, the product is 5 stars, and that was a personal decision.That said,

Not a cheap made pan, very durable
It's thick and durable like a skillet you'd find in a commercial kitchen. The label was stuck to the inside but I warmed it up over low heat and it peeled right off. The silicone handle is comfortable and withstands heat very well. The cooking surface wasnt as smooth as expected but I was able to sand it smooth with table salt and a bandana rag. I used shortening to season over medium heat, let it cool and wiped it out. I only use it for eggs and it cooks very well, just make sure you use enough shortening the first few times or the food will stick.

Good for the price
The coating is beginning to scratch even with use of bamboo utensils to stir. Otherwise it's not a bad deal. Do recommend being careful touching the handle when it's hot.

Worth Every Penny
This is a heavy duty commercial grade pan at a very reasonable price, and if you know how to use it it's quite an excellent tool. ***and the sticker peeled right off with no issue.

NO LID

Not good pans!!
These are not good pans. Aluminum surface is not smooth so food sticks to the bottom. Hard to clean. They are not just inexpensive they are cheap.
