Nice lock but wrong colour
The lock is very good. But i order this steel colour lock but received a brown one. Anyway, i urgently needed the lock, so, i kept it.

poor qualitiy product and poor customer service
The lock was defective on arrival - it was in locked condition and the carpenter could not unlock it. I contacted customer care on 16.10.20 and left my mobile no. for them to call me back which they did not do. I sent an email to their customer care for which they said they will contact me but they didn't even after two weeks. I never expected either such a poor quality product from Godrej or such poor customer care service. I do not know what to do now.
