I love everything about this slider! It works great and it does everything I need it to do. I heard that some people have loud or squeaky motors, but for me that is not the case. It’s actually quite silent. Love this slider! Definitely would recommend!

Warning - this item does NOT include battery. And that's fine. Trouble is, they don't tell you that upfront. Here's the weird part, Konova has the charger but not the battery. Nice. After lengthy research these require NPF batteries and of course, there are hundreds of such batteries. They never say which one. You'd think at the top they would have said this is the battery you'll need. So I now have a dead slider with ZERO tech support. Product is of no use, has been returned. (if you know the exact battery, lmk)

This is an amazing product! I got this up and running in minutes. They must have improved the motor because the sound of it is literally imperceptible at the highest speed! I have my face inches from it and I can’t hear it. It’s incredibly easy to use and works flawlessly.

Similar results as other buyers but overall, it's been a great experience, I'm still testing it out but great value.

Initially there was a shipping issue and konovo fixed it immediately. Great communication and great service. So far the slider and motor are perfect. I will update as I use it more.
