Do I need adaptor for it, doesn't fits my truck charger.?

Don't fully understand what your truck has, but this has a smaller then regular 12 volt plug in. It is regularly used on motorcycles from the European area. Also was used on a lot of japanese motorcycle add-ons. It will not plug into a standard 12 volt socket that is in the cars and trucks on American roads.
