The product arrived on time and in good condition. I started taking it last week so it is too soon to see the long term results. I can say that, being on a lower fat diet, this really helped my body feel like it was getting more of what it needed since I tend to have dry skin and scalp. There is no nasty fishy aftertaste. And I've heard people talk about how fish oils cause burps that taste disgusting and I haven't experienced that whatsoever. I also really like ordering from Legion. This is undoubtedly the best fish oil I have tried. I have tried several of the fish oils recommended on lab door, and this is definitely takes the cake. Before you even purchase a product from Legion Athletics, I recommend you look at their website for each of their products. They go into detail as to why each thing is included in their product- if they couldn't find a reason for it, they wouldn't put it in. They also give references to primary research articles that back up their rational. That might not matter for a lot of people, but it is nice to know they aren't just making things up for the purposes of marketing. That also means that they aren't filling their products up with crap in order to save money. Legion's supplement line is the creation of Mike Matthews who is a best-selling author and creator of muscleforlife.com. His website is indisputably one of the best resources for people looking to get fit. I bought this fish oil because if Mike Matthews is behind it, it has to be good. He is one of the few legit people in the fitness world. Also, no fish burps!

First time taking Fish Oil. Direction on the bottle say to take 4, I took two and now I'm burping up fish. (probably my fault for not eating beforehand) Otherwise, great product.

After finding Mike Matthew on podcasts and taking a liking to his work. I though I would try legion (his supplement company). and start with fish oil. So far i've used one bottle and take two a day (half the daily dosage) and have noticed big improvement in my knees.

This is a quality fish oil that you don't have to worry about being rancid. It's not fishy. It just works. I appreciate that Legion goes to great lengths to manufacture high quality products. Which is why I don't understand the branding / labeling. For whatever reason their product labels and color choices remind me of sketchy pro-hormone companies. They are proud of their ingredients, but the black label and tiny fonts don't align well with the effort they put into the product. For comparison, take a look at labels from Jarrow, GAIA Sciences, etc... I would give this product 5 stars if I could read the label.

Great product. I am a firm believer in "you get what you pay for" and Legion holds true to this. They do not cheat their customers with ingredients and are completely transparent. This Fish Oil is almost double the dose of the Dr. Tobias Fish Oil i have been taking for almost 2 years. I am considering making the switch!

At least 4 of the tablets were split and had leaked in the bottle so all oily and stunk of fish. Binned the whole lot. Luckily Amazon refunded me.
