Best way to get rid of tennis elbow
This is a great set at a great price. I was a chiropractor for almost 30 years and wish I’d had these then. The ONLY thing that has been proven to help with tennis elbow is by using this type of device. Nice to have a variety of strengths. It got rid of my wife’s tennis elbow in about a week. (She does not listen to me!! I told her not to play so much but nooooo she knows better! HA - just proves I was right). Anyway she is much better and she will be using these regularly to keep the muscles happy.
