I should use it more..
Love it! I should definitely use it more. It's got great support and stretches well, just be careful not to make it too tight on yourself. It really helps when I know I'm going to be moving around a lot and my pregnant belly is feeling extra heavy. Fits some plus size
I have an hour glass body shape and wear a size 18-20. this belt fit and helped relieve my back pain. it was comfortable to sit in. It was more comfortable when I wore it over a long tank. The boning can poke a bit so that's why I found it helpful to wear it over something. I would not recommend if you are bigger than a size 20.

Not very sturdy
Not as thick as the photo. I think it helps a little with support but not as much as I'd hoped it would. The Velcro is also not very strong and comes undone very easily. Ok for standing not good for moving around in.
