SO VERSATILE its EARNED a COUNTER SPOT
Recommended by a friend, I decided to give this a try after my second Electric Cuisinart Pressure Cooker suddenly died. Started out by testing various root veggies with pressure cook; keeping a log of times vs outcomes and experimenting with various functions. Really impressed by how quickly it comes to pressure and how the interface keeps me informed of status. I love the oblong shape and being able to brown/sear for example, making it easy to do many steps of a recipe, such as Swedish Meatballs, using one pot. Under pressure, the Meatballs were incredibly MOIST; very difficult to achieve in other cooking techniques. Having so much fun with it that I'm planning meals around using and experimenting with it.My only real complaint with this unit is the electrical cord is SO SHORT. Almost all of my counters are under cupboards so I have to angle the pot away from viewing so that the steam/evaporation isn't constantly projected towards the bottom of the wood cupboards. I also wish the manual included with the product had more specific cooking times with pressure cooking various foods. Other than that, its a KEEPER!

It passed my Pot Roast test!
I have an Oval crock pot that I've used forever. My daughter has a round one & despite all the corrections to her process, her Pot Roast is "never is as good as mom's". We finally decided it is the shape of the crock pot.I bought this crock pot.... both are 6 qt compacity, this one is a 1/2" deeper, 1/2" less on width & length than my old Oval one.I made a 4.5lb pot roast for dinner last night at her house. It was DELICIOUS! Even better, I could brown/sear the roast in the pot (one less pan & stove spatter to clean). THEN when the cooking was finished at 4:30p, it automatically changed it to the "Keep Warm" mode! Woah, I wasn't expecting that.PLUS they can use it for all the other features. They 'steam' a lot of veggies for the week. Their kids like rice..... I'm excited to hear all the ways they use it, besides a slow cooker..... they just have to wait until Christmas(eve?) to put it to good use!PS - I bought 2, so now my old crock pot might just have to sit on the shelf a little more often.My only negative point..... the kitchen does NOT smell like Pot Roast when walking in the door. :{

Crockpot Pressure Cooker is better than Cuisinart 600
Originally, I loved my Cuisinart Pressure Cooker 600. I had the opportunity to use it at least six times. I purchased the Cuisinart January 2022. I started having problems with the Cuisinart February 2003. I would start a dish and it would just shut down. I contacted Cuisinart to identify the problem and to see it it could be fix. Cuisinart's representative was kind; however, she said that because Cuisinart no longer manufactured that model there was nothing to be done. Because I am a big fan of Cuisinart, I went online to buy a different one. I found that the 600 was still available through venders. I was upset because the representative could have been more helpful so I decided try a different brand. I brought the Crockpot Pressured Cooker. So far it's great. It was little cheaper. It was easier to use. It cooked perfectly. And, I love the design, Thanks Cuisinart had you help me, I would have never found a better pressure cooker had you help me!

Excellent Multicooker
I really love this multicooker. I've been avoiding the Instant Pot because of the round shape. I am used to cooking in an oval slow cooker so the round shape was not desirable, then I found this cooker by Crock Pot. I was skeptical at first that it could do everything it advertised, but it hasn't failed me yet. Rice made in this cooker comes out better than my old method and its much easier to make in this cooker. And clean up is much easier with this cooker. So far, I've used the Rice, Saute, Pressure Cook and Slow Cook features and they have all worked well. My one complaint, and its a small one, is that if you want to reset times while slow cooking after you hit the start button, you must stop the cook cycle and then restart it; you cannot reset cook times in the middle of cooking like I could with my Crock Pot slow cooker. Other than that, I have no complaints.

The BEST Pressure Cooker
This pressure cooker is the absolute best. It’s worth every penny. Easy to use, cooks exactly as you expect it to. The inner pan in non stick so your food won’t stick to it. It’s a perfect size, and it works exactly as intended! Highly recommended

Put warning on the Steam Release Dial
I used the pressure cooker today and everything was good until I released the pressure steamerafter 10 minutes and it was really SCARY! the liquid squirts everywhere. I searched what to do in order the pressure release won't be too strong and can't find answers. I like to suggest to correct/modify the instructions to TO STEAM RELEASE THE PRESSURE, YOU HAVE TO ROTATE THE STEAM RELEASE DIAL LITTLE BY LITTLE. I hope the company will put the warning and I hope this will help a lot. I liked the in oval shape and easy to use. I bought another one for a wedding gift.

Replace a 20 yr old standard crockpot slow cooker
I was not sure how I would use this as allI had was a a standard slow cooker. But it was easy and I like the shape better than the Instapot. I cook roast often and was use to the crockpot slow cooker. I’ve had it about 6 weeks and have cooked something different each week. I have fresh eggs and they are so easy to boil and peel, roast time cut 1/3 or less, baked potatoes work great, soup bone a snap etc.
