I have had this phone now for a long while. It has worked well and came without scratches or anything. I am just now begining to see the change in battery power, becase my phone does not stay charged as long. However, I thijk that I have had this phone now for at least a year and a half. So it was definitely worth the investment

My phone arrived looking PERFECT. It looks brand new externally without a visual blemish on it staying true to the EXCELLENT condition standard.Setup was rather smooth. The only hiccup I encountered was that the phone didn't recognize my Mint Mobile SIM card for some reason. Looking for an answer, I found that I could use an eSIM setup to get around that which got my service on the new device. I'm not sure why the phone didn't recognize the SIM.The phone appears to be working fine so far. If anything drastically changes I'll update this review.

Bought this phone a few months ago and just had to order a replacement for it. The phone looked great when it arrived and worked well too but only for a few months. Since it was a reconditioned phone, I wasn't expecting perfect. After just a few months of normal use the charging port went bad and the battery wouldn't hold a charge for more than a couple hours. Shortly after that, the phone stopped reading the simm card and often stopped picking up the network. I brought it to a repair shop and upon inspection the found several screws were missing and others were very loose. Whoever did the "reconditioning" did a poor sloppy job. The phone has since stopped working altogether. Would leave zero stars if I could

I was skeptical buying this phone, as I am with all refurbished purchases, however I received the phone earlier than expected. When unboxed, the phone has a few scratches around the edges but thats fine because a case will hide those. The back and front are in great condition and the cameras. When I put a case on it looks brand new!, the phone also came with a tempered glass with special part where finger scan is done. Phone powers on and set up well. Was able to t use smart switch to transfer from one phone to the other.After set up and use for a few days, it began to restart, I was able to contact the seller who responded within a few hours, ( I had an idea what the issue was) but decided to contact them nonetheless. They informed what to do and get back to them. I did so and.The phone is working like it bought it from the store.This is my own review...not paid.

Perfect condition, quality all around. Charging is great along with good battery life. Size is what it is small and nicely made. As for sound, no issues and good volume.This was a great buy! I'd buy again if i needed to.

This was a good buy. The phone is sleek and light weight and easy to carry. Though I am reviewing it now, i bought it 3+ years ago. Absolutely a nice piece.

I needed an unlocked phone to use in Italy and Austria. I bought this S21+ along with an "Orange Holiday Europe" SIM card.The phone arrived in excellent condition, with no scratches or dents. The screen appeared to have been replaced. After setting it up, I tested it by installing SIM cards from AT&T and TELLO, both worked perfectly - it's definitely unlocked.Right before the trip, I installed the "Orange" SIM card with the phone powered down. Upon arrival in Italy I powered it up, and it immediately connected to the local service. We used Google Maps to get from the airport to our hotel some 50km's away, no problems at all.Photos taken on the trip were excellent. We installed Google Translate and Microsoft Translator which worked perfectly and were a real asset in helping us navigate the foreign signs, menus, etc. We also set up Hot Spot and Tethering, and used that along with wireless calling on our US SIM based phones to make and receive free calls and texts to/from US numbers. It all worked as expected with no issues.There are two minor issues to report.The battery life was OK, I would start each day at 100% but by end of day it typically had around 30% remaining. My new (locked) S23+ easily gets two days on a single charge.I did notice a minor blemish on the screen after a week of using it. At first I thought it was just a greasy smear, but no amount of cleaning has managed to remove it. I didn't notice this when I first received the phone so it most likely manifested after use. It would seem to be a flaw with the screen itself. I did not use a screen protector, which may or may not have helped to prevent it from occurring. Fortunately it's close to the bottom of the screen and has not really affected the viewing area, nor has it affected the touch screen in the area of the blemish.All-in-all I am happy with this phone. I plan to use it for future international trips as it can do what I need without having to pay the $10-a-day AT&T International Roaming plan - that soon gets very expensive with 2 or more phones.
