Better than expected
The computer came, overall, in good shape, with just some small scratches on the back. Also I was surprised that it came with higher specification than advertised (CPU & RAM) .My only complain is that it came without DELL drivers installed , so a lot of hardware wasn't recognizable by Windows. So visit Dell website and downloading drivers and BIOS update was needed. Not everybody has knowledge to figure it out.Beside that , after all the updates , the computer works great and so far I happy with it.

I had a high expectation for this product but unfortunately the computer did not fire up even after 1 full day charging. I am glad I selected Amazon shipped product as I was able to get refund right away.( the recondition check sheet all had checks on items )

Very nice 2in1 laptop, preforms flawlessly
I'm partial to Dell products and the 5285 tab is awesome. When the L/T arrived, I inspected it for wear and quite honestly I found nothing. The device preforms flawlessly. The technicians who prepare refurbished devices do a real nice job. The setup couldn't be any easier. Mine came with Windows 10 pro and after completion, I went ahead and installed windows 11 pro. Thanks Amazon to all who make life much more enjoyable.

Unacceptable Until Replacement Arrived
The first device that was delivered was packed loosely in a larger box and was dirty and dusty. It had NO battery installed and still have the previous owner's version of Windows installed. I contacted Amazon and the seller and they agreed to a return and replace.The replacement device was perfect. The replacement device was well packed and was clean and looked new. It had a new clean version of Windows installed and has a battery that has a good amount of charge availability to it.

Century Computers sealed the deal for me.
First off, this is my favorite computer of all time. It changed my graphic design world. I am happy with the touch screen, with the power. My design program, Affinity, runs fast. I bring this computer everywhere, it made me more productive.Secondly, I was nervous buying a refurbished computer. I read good reviews about Century Computers and took the leap. I am so happy I went with Century Computers. Their customer service is outstanding. I had problems with the keyboard. Hello, just clean the contacts periodically. I thought of that, but missed one side. In today’s world I appreciate kindness, they have it.If I buy refurbished again it will be through Century Computers.

Not great
I returned mine after 60 days. There were issues the entire time. Most were resolved through updates and tweaking. The battery was awful and failed diagnostics the day I received it. I replaced it. Problem solved for extra time, $$, and trouble.Once the unit hibernate it can not be started on battery power. It must be plugged in to start. Then it's great. Tech support suggested return.I can't recommend this product.
