Heavy Duty Exterior Sealer, 1 Gallon (3.8L) Bottle

Very easy to use. I exhaustively researched all the different brands available, and this company had the best professional reputation and price vs quality. I applied with a 9” paint roller with extension handle. This specific product penetrates the stone and does not sit on top. Container states up to 10 years. I’ll be happy with 5. Very porous travertine, about 2200sf, 2 coats and I’ll use 5 gallons. 2-coat treated on right, untreated on left of French drain.

Expensive but works well (18 months and still working) on natural stone sidewalk. Repels water, makes rinsing off dirt and organic material easier which prevents growth of moss

Tengo una compañía de Polish acá en Miami, y este sellador nos encanta, sella muy bien sin dejar residuos, sin modificar la apariencia de la piedra, no deja capas y no es resbaladizo … además y algo fundamental no produce brillo..está fabricado con tecnología base solvente.. ocúpense de sellar con el piso bien seco.. les recomiendo este sellador..!!

Very easy to apply, but I must say it DID NOT cover anything near what the claim is. I have a 340 sq.ft. Techno block patio. I used 2 gallons and needed to order another. I used a 3/8” nap roller. It soaked in immediately. I’m hoping it lasts. Last year I applied the regular Stonetech to a concrete patio and it did not last even one summer. This dried relatively quickly. Did not pool. My photo shows the before and after. I noticed areas after a rain where the rain did pool on top. Other areas not so. It did darken the stones somewhat. The third photo shows the edges where I started. The left side was not yet sealed. I applied a second coat to half of the patio to see if it would make a difference. It did not; when I researched the product, it recommended not doing a second coat. But when I contacted the company, they said it often requires a second code and it needs to be done yearly. This stuff is too expensive for me to tackle that.

It is a great sealer for outdoors, I used it a granite jacuzzi and wordkes fine.

I used a sprayer to apply and it seemed to work great. It was expensive, however, for the few gallons you get for this product.

This product will keep your outdoor stones from chipping due to weather conditions.

So far so good. Application was easy if you plan it well. Lets see how long it lasts... should be 3-5 years.
