Q: What is the recommended gallons per acre for soybeans?

Humic acid rates will vary based on how they are used foliar vs soil applied. Typically1-2 gallons per ac. produces good results on corn and beans when sprayed on the foliage. Foliar applications are usually done early in the growing season for beans, V2, V4- V6 for corn. Depending on your soil type and water quality (irrigated land in the western US) higher rates are used for tough soil conditions like elevated sodium. Our University research on combining humic acid with the fertilizer did provide increased nutrient availability on corn at sidedress with UAN.

Thank you for the question. We guarantee our product percentages using the new ISO Standard for humic acid. Unlike fertilizer analysis, there are multiple tests used to analyze for humic acid. Below is a summary of three reports to illustrate the problem when comparing humic acids using the different test methods. We split a sample of our Liquid 6 for analysis. You can see the humic acid results from the different labs ranged depending on the test method from 6.5% (ISO) – 14% (A&L Method). These results are from one single bottle of Liquid 6. Summary of the three labs reporting: Midwest Labs Testing HA by CDFA method 7.41% Humic acid and 0.97% ash A&L Method (Colorimetric method) 14.17% humic acid. And 1.03% ash Motzz Labs using the new ISO method 6.51% Humic acid and 1.50% Fulvic acid When comparing humic acid products, always look at the analytical method. In the future, you will see a seal certifying that the ISO method was used.

Fantastic, easy to apply to perennial flowers that are thriving. 5 Stars easy + Organic!

5 Star Product! My perennial flowering shrubs of are thriving after using this! I mixed 1/3 cup Liquid 6 Humic Acid to 2 gallons water and poured into newly dug holes pre-planting and around existing shrubs. I find it easier to apply to my large perennial flower beds than spreading Live Earth Soil Conditioner (also a great product) as I have a LOT of mulch/bark in between my flowers/shrubs after spending mega $$$$ amending my clay soil in Zone 7a. Plants look healthy with many buds just waiting for warmer temperatures to bloom. Easy to use for a senior with osteoarthritis. Highly recommend! Plus it’s odorless and organic!
