I’m not usually one to splurge but I’m also pretty cautious, and I wanted to make sure my electronics wouldn’t suffer damage from any power surges. So I waited for a sale, and even though the price was still pretty high, I don’t regret my purchase. I’ve had no issues with power surges, but having this cable offers me peace of mind. You can also tell it’s high quality: the cable is thick and seems resistant to wear and tear. It looks just like it did when I bought it over a year ago. And I like the way it looks, too! Very sleek design.

Twice have had lightning strike close by and take out some appliances because they were not on surge protectors. In fact the one strike hit a tree and fried the computer in two cars near the tree. Learned my lesson after second strike! Purchased Tripp Lite surge protectors since they make a great product.

Really worked great for me while working remotely.

Trusted name in surge protection. This has been a preferred brand for me for a long time. I use these for every outlet in the house where I have multiple things plugged in. Currently this one is being used for my pellet stove heater. They recommend a surge protector to keep the circuit board safe in case of power outages and surges. So far, so good.

I like this power strip for its color. Dark/black color gives it a premium look and blends well on top of my black tabletop. It looks much better than those typical beige powerstrips which look bland or stick out (unless it's placed somewhere under a table or furniture.) The only improvement I can suggest is spacing. With today's larger power plugs and other larger plug-in items such as battery chargers, For example, my battery charger takes up 1 and 1/2 plug space (sometimes 2 and 1/2 plugs) and therefore occupies two slots with only one being used. It would be nice to have at least one or better two plugs that have wide separation for this purpose. Other than that it works as advertised and looks good too. Summary: pro: - low price - good looks in black - 6 outlets Con: - not enough spacing when plugging in bigger devices such as battery chargers -

Es el tercer supresor que compro de este modelo, los primeros dos los compré hace un año y no he tenido ningún problema. Ahí tengo conectado laptops y monitores (Uso los monitores junto a las laptops como extenciones del monitor). Se me hace un buen producto, además que el cable es bastante largo como para llegar al enchufe de la pared y acomodarlo sobre el escritorio (Yo lo tengo pegado a la mesa del escritorio para que permanezca fijo).

I bought this because of the extra long 15-foot AC input cord. Daisy chaining power strips or adding a power strip with an extension cord is a fire hazard. I needed a power strip that could handle the distance. This power strip is exactly what I needed and works well.
