GoFloats Unicorn Pool Float Party Tube - Inflatable Rafts, Adults & Kids

This float is pretty large, and I have had fun floating around on it many times this summer so far. It’s surprisingly very comfortable, even for adults! I’ve inflated and deflated it probably a dozen times thus far without any issues or leaks, and my youngest kiddo has played on it a lot too, so it has bravely survived some serious use. I inflated mine using a shop vac (putting the hose on the exhaust end) and it inflated in seconds. It was even bigger than I anticipated, so make sure you have a decent sized pool for this (definitely won’t fit kiddie pools). Once inflated, it’s VERY “unicorny”, which was what I was after. Super bright rainbow tail and mane, and bright golden horn. Awesome! Great gift for the unicorn enthusiast, it’s hardy, and good value for the price!

I normally don't ever write reviews, but I felt so compelled to submit one for GoFloats! First of all, the quality of the float is excellent and they offer a wide variety of different kinds from double seaters to adorable koozies. But I mostly wanted to comment on how amazing the blow-up valve system is! Two words: hair dryer! It's literally genius. Air flows in and doesn't flow out because of the rapid-valve system; so even if you do decide to use your lungs instead of your hair dryer or pump, you can easily take breaks. I brought the unicorn float on vacation for a bachelorette party initially planning on leaving it at the rental house, but it was just too adorable and way too easy to deflate and refold up that I had to keep it! I DEFINITELY recommend you purchase from GoFloats– totally exceeded all of my expectations. My only problem is that my pool isn't big enough for all of them!

I purchased this unicorn to mount on top of my vehicle during a festival. I wanted it to look like it was towing my covered wagon. I think is wonderfully goofy and works perfectly for my purposes. I have not actually tried it in the water yet, I will say this - this floaty has been out in the sun multiple times this summer for days at a time and has held up. The colors are still rich and the material hasn’t failed. It’s super easy to blow up and it holds its air four days at a time. When you’re done with it, you just have to pull out the stopper and it quickly deflates.

Got the small version for the 5 year old girl. Got the larger version for the 10 year old girl. Not sure if it's suitable for adult weight/stress. Dad blew it up himself with no problem -- but take breaks to catch your breath! We have adequate indoor storage space to leave them inflated between seasonal pool trips. I purchased them with the expectation that it was expendable/disposable and temporary (yet worth the cost based on planned hours of fun). However, I have been impressed by the durability. Surprisingly, after 2 months and 7-10 uses of 2-3 hours each in an *outdoor* pool, it hasn't lost significant air + hasn't popped. Maybe we're lucky? The unicorn horn makes it easy to transport over shoulders. Light enough for kids to carry. You might need to remind them not to drag it. Occasionally, the 5 year old sits in hers in the carpeted living room too. I just have to fuss at her when she starts jumping on the unicorn!

Yes, this *IS* the same tube sold in the corporate brick & mortar stores, & depending on when you buy it the cost is comparable. It doesn’t come with a pump, & it’s HUGE, so keep that in mind. My only issue is that it’s too big! I have a trach & can’t submerge myself in water past my chest (technically to be 100% safe I shouldn’t be in a pool at all). I’m only 5’1”, & it was nearly impossible for me to reach over the tube to paddle. But, it’s super cute, seems like materials are strong & like it could take a decent beating. If only it was a little smaller!

Right out of the box I was impressed that the vinyl it's made out of is much more heavy duty than most rafts that you buy. It also has this really cool valve that makes it super easy to inflate whether you're using a pump or your mouth. It doesn't lose air as you inhale! I am also very impressed that even though right now I am plus-sized I was easily able to fit it over me or sit down on it and float. Getting on it can be a bit difficult but I just use my ladder and then drop down from there. It looks absolutely adorable in my pool and when the wind blows it around I imagine it's running around. I'm an adult female but this raft would be great for anyone. So cute and so well-made!

While I have not had a chance to test it in the water. I got it inflated to check for leaks, and its pretty much the size of my chaise lounge in my house. 30 seconds after admiring my majestic Unicorn float sitting on my chair, wondering why it has a bummed out expression like "I'm bummed, but I'm still a majestic unicorn trying to unicorn along", someone came in my house...letting in a 55 pound English Springer Spaniel puppy, whom immediately assumed this was his NEW TOY. he launched himself from 4 feet away, hit the poor majestic unicorn, bounced off a flagstone and hickory magazine/sofa table hit the floor (dog riding the unicorn all the way here) bounced OFF a open wire dog crate door spun around...and it didn't get a hole in it. I don't know what you have to do to GET a hole in it besides maybe shoot it, or stab it with a knife, but if all that didn't pop it, and I was fully expecting my bought over a holiday weekend price gouge item(a day later it was 4 bucks cheaper) to explode. I believe this thing is shark proof. But don't live anywhere there are sharks so I can not actually test that out. But it does seem puppy proof, or I got the super sturdy one. Either way, WHOO what a ride that dog had. Its still inflated a week later in my Garage, it didn't even get a slow leak from all that.

I was really happy with the quality and thickness of the material used with this floaty. It is much nicer than the previous one that I had which leaked and needed replacing. This one is a good size and decent for both kids and adults. You won't be disappointed with it! Keep in mind the air filler valve is the new style larger about the size of your finger so you will need a modern compressor to blow it up. The advantage is that it drains way quicker so is a good idea for an improvement.

Awesome tubes! We purchased 3 of these for our group to go to a music festival with. You can float down a river during the day, which actually has lots of shallow rocks spots and random trees sticking out of the water. This tube held up great against everything. They include a patch kit too just incase it didn't. Was comfortable to sit in, and easy to blow up. Seriously you can blow it up with your mouth and it takes no time at all. All tubes need the style of inflation piece this has. Will buy from GoFloat again
