adidas Unisex Defender 4.0 Gym Duffel Bag for Men and Women

The small size is a perfect day bag for the gym. I use the vented shoe end pocket for my shower shoes, the other end pocket for my toiletries, the small interior zip pocket for my wallet, keys, and other things I keep in my pockets. I put my headphones and SpiBelt in the exterior side pocket. I go to the gym in my workout clothes, so my clothes for work and work shoes go in the main compartment. (I bought a basic shoe bag for my shoes so they don’t get my clothes dirty.) The bag is big enough for all that stuff and a little more. Perfect size for a gym locker and to carry without being too big. I wear a size 11.5 running shoe, and they don’t come close to fitting in the shoe pocket. But putting them in the main compartment with a shoe bag is super easy. The bag is a light weight cordura but totally sufficient for the use and price. I paid $28 here and think it’s a great value for the money and a great size and design.

This is a decent gym duffel bag- I originally purchased the small size because when I measured the bag I am replacing the website measurements were only smaller by 1 inch on the length and width but when I received it, it was WAY smaller than my current bag. The replacement came quickly. it is a nice size with pockets on either side and a small zippered pocket inside. Some people complained because there was no large strap included, but it is there- it's just hidden in one of the pockets. It doesn't seem as thick/sturdy as the bag I am replacing but so far so good. The only thing I wish is had was double zippers on the end pockets

Originally i was going to buy the medium size but decided to go with the small. And it was the best decision, great size with plenty of room to store stuff, good aide pockets and a small front pocket. had to adjust the strap to sit better. great quality, good drip, defiantly recommend it
