Highly Recommended โ Durable and Efficient
I purchased this Alten stabilizer about a year ago, and it has been working perfectly ever since. The performance is reliable, and it provides excellent protection against voltage fluctuations. The build quality is good, and I haven't faced any issues so far. Overall, I am very satisfied with this purchase and would definitely recommend it.

Stay away from this if you value your sanity
There are problems with the product and the company and I'll share my experience. I get 90-250V AC input, I have a few ACs, computers, networking gear, submersible pump, cameras, lights, fans and so on. This stabilizer's output range is 200-240V +/- 5%. It lets the voltage fall to 190V and then immediately pushes it up to 235V. In my area during low voltage periods, Input voltage moves between 170-200V or 130-170V. It starts off at the higher range and goes down as the appliances like AC are turned on. This means, The voltage on the output will be fluctuating a LOT, every freaking minute. That damaged some AC->DC adapters and will absolutely effect lifespan of compressors in AC/fridges. Do not buy this AC if you want to run Inverter ACs. Inverter ACs(with stabilizer inside) do not take kindly to such wild fluctuations caused by the stabilizer(even a 1-2V fluctuation at 189-191V on input will cause 45V fluctuation from 190V->235V on the output) and the compressor in AC will keep restarting. In my case when voltage dropped below 190, Stabilizer output 235V(and restart ACs in the process). This restart would ease the load and input voltage will go up from 190V causing another fluctuation! This kept happening in a loop non-stop. Now on to my experience with the company. When I had these problems, I chat with them on whatsapp and called them. It took me weeks to get technical support. When I got technical support, They asked me to put the stabilizer in bypass mode and see if I still had problems (which I did except instead of compressor speed going from 100% -> 4%, it would go from 100% to 20%). After hearing this, They said their stabilizer was not at fault. The issue here is, I didn't have these issues if I disconnected the stabilizer and connected input/output directly. Anyway, The person I was talking to said, I should install servo stabilizer because I have all this expensive stuff connected to it, which makes sense. I asked them if they made servo stabilizers and they said they did. I asked them for a quote, they said 90V-270V servo stabilizer will cost me ~43k including shipping+GST and I agreed to buy it. They didn't share any payment details or any other details. Then, I kept asking them for help in buying the stabilizer for multiple weeks and they never responded to me. TL;DR is, The technical support was quick to give up and shift blame. Their sales dept is useless. If they didn't want to make a sale, they could've just said so. I wasted weeks trying to get these idiots to respond when I could've gone with literally any of the dozen or hundred other companies in this space. These guys are unresponsive & rude. The product itself has multiple issues and I strongly recommend you look into alternatives. I almost forgot to mention. The product and their website has multiple other stupid issues. 1. They literally do not mention any technical details beyond what you can find in the title. This is in contrast to other companies that provide detailed tables with acceptable values for various technical parameters and also provide you with a copy of the test report when you get the product. 2. This product has 2 MCBs in the front. 1 for bypass and another to turn on the stabilizer. You'll find some warnings to not turn both of them on at the same time but you'll not find the reason. In one of the reviews(or it may have been aulten's website), I read that this is because it can cause a short circuit. These stupid people have made a product that goes into people's home(where it may be in reach of kids or people who just don't know any better) which has a flaw where turning on the only 2 buttons on the product will cause a short circuit! Do you really don't know of any better and safer way of implementing this!?? This is highly irresponsible and in my opinion a product like this should be taken off of amazon. Please avoid this and buy any other product. I personally picked a servo stabilizer from golden servo.

โญ Amazing Product, Truly Worth the Money! โญ
I purchased the AULTEN COPPER Mainline Voltage Stabilizer 5 KVA (90Vโ300V) AD014 during the Big Billion Day sale, and after using it for a good amount of time, I can confidently say that this product has exceeded my expectations. From the day it was delivered till today, I have not faced a single issue. I prefer reviewing products only after real usage, and this stabilizer has performed flawlessly. Since I live on rent, voltage fluctuation is very common hereโespecially during summers when the voltage drops continuously. Initially, I planned to buy a stabilizer only for my AC, but then I realized that stable voltage is equally important for other appliances in the house too. Thatโs when I decided to go for a mainline stabilizer, and choosing AULTEN turned out to be the right decision. The best part? At this price range, many brands like Voltas offer aluminium winding, but AULTEN provides copper winding, which is much more reliable and durable. This gives extra confidence that the entire house is protected from fluctuating voltage. ๐ My Suggestion: If you are reading this review and planning to buy a stabilizer, you can go for this one without any hesitation. Itโs a solid investment for your home and definitely offers better value compared to many popular brands. Highly recommended!
