This is a great for people who are health concious
I have been leading a very active life, doing rigorous exercises and i cannot use protien powders. Thats when someone recomennded this one to me and its easy and non fuss. It comes in the form of ayurvedic pills i can have after meals and it says it helps maintan metabolism. There are no side effects that ive seen and i think its a great product to include in a daily regime. Definately recommend this one! Worth the money.

Effective and worth buying
I am so thankful that I found Foresta Organics CLA 1600. I have tried other brands in the past with no luck. I have been taking this for 2 weeks now and can already see the difference in my body! Highly suggested brand

Unpleasant
Unpleasant compared to other CLA products I have used. Has a bad smell and creates acid reflux. I have discarded this after 1 try.

I've been taking Foresta Organics CLA 1600 for about 2 months now and I have noticed a big difference in my energy levels. My muscles are more toned and I have seen a decrease in fat on my stomach. It's vegan-friendly, which is really exciting to me since I am lactose intolerant.
