Perfect

Simply Perfect, just like the title.
Like the title, the book is simply 'Perfect' from all aspects. From the narration to story building and development, from describing the scenic beauty of North Bengal to dive into art and literature as a form of Poetry to Music to Biblical excerpts. From starting the journey with a happy face to end it breaking the heart into million pieces, the author has done great justice to make it 'Perfect'. I think that's all I can say at this moment, though I can write a hundred points about how this book is perfect from all aspects, it will give readers a big spoiler alert. So I think I should stop now.

It‘S just Perfect....
Nostalgic.... The characters and the ambience drove me back. The writer doesn’t look one book old but it’s seems like She is just born for it... expressing her thoughts into words. All strings tied up and slowly loosen up, as the story and the characters reveals their existence and motives . The Author’s fondness for the “Queen of the Hill “is reflected throughout in the background. The narrator growing age and changing situations is beautifully drawn out.

Hidden gem
Great storyline. It hits so close to home. The characters left a lingering presence in my mind long after i completed reading the book. I personally felt that a professional editor could polish the script of this already impressive work . Five stars for this debut novel.

A fiction which gives real life lessons!
The book is about Gideon, (yes the name is very peculiar and there is a lot of mention about it in the book) and his life. It is more about everyone's life, the phases of life a person experiences. Gideon joined Don Bosco college for pursuing English literature and then masters. The characters are very diversed in nature, covering all kind of people around us, which makes the story look very realistic. The author has potrayed various life emotions very beautifully in the book, from being the carefree, not so studious boy in his childhood to maturity showing up during adulthood for Gideon and people around him, the without has done a remarkable job for a debut book.

A must read novel.
Beautifully written...!!!! A tale of love, laughter, despair, hope intricately woven together which makes you fall in love with the characters. A relatable story of the generation which is imbued with love, fulfillment of expectations and maintenance of relationships. Loved the Darjeeling setting.

My Classmate's finally speaks
Knowing the author as a soft-spoken person and then getting a book from her mind is totally bewildering. Yet always knew her fondness for English literature and deep-seated convictions regarding the presence of Divine supernatural. Great read about simple things in poignant perspective.
