Zipper sticks in fabric

The material feels cheap and the zipper gets stuck on the fabric covering the zipper often. One side of the zipper has already busted. It’s been used M-F for one month.

It’s soooo lightweight!My problem is the straps are so stiff! I couldn’t wear it for more than 1 minute..Returned :(

Cute, but thin material

Pretty backpack, but the material feels very thin for a Jansport. We haven't used it yet, so I hope it holds up.
