Wanted something to attach a platform swing to in the basement. Gotta have one inside for grandchildren when lovely Northern Ohio weather interferes. Had a cable with carabiner over I beam and worked fine, but swing tends to go crooked with only 1 pivot point due to Mother Earth. Installed these to standard 6.7" basement I-beam and work great. No more crooked swinging. Very sturdy and nice design. Good hardware too.

Solid construction, well packaged and almost fit my i-beam perfectly. I had a 1/4" gap after I tightened it all up, so I took it back down, laid a double strip of rubber I had leftover from another project and reinstalled it. The result was a very firm hold that stayed put. Perhaps the rubber was helpful in keeping it secure.

Easy to install. It can adjust to size. Holds my heavy punching bag. No issues. Good quality

Currently using this in our basement to hang the kiddy swings and a punching bag. It’s great! Strong enough for even an adult to sit and use the swing!

Works well to hang a 90 pound bag

Works great, been hitting the bag and it doesn’t show any signs of being weak. I have a 100lb bag on it and it doesn’t have any problem with it at all . I’ve hung off the bag before just to see if it would hold me and the bag (I weigh 165lbs) and it has no problem.

I had to get a longer bolt, at LOWES, but other than that, it fits on the i-beam and holds a chain fast
