Is there two holes in the back or just one?

It only has one hole in the back.

How can it be that from inside, it is 1 1/2 and from outside, it is 1 1/4? 1 1/4 is less than than 1 1/2. Shouldn't it be the opposite? See photo!

We are sorry for the confusion and you are correct, there is a mistake. The bottom dimension is the inner width/panel thickness and should be 1 in. and the top number with the overall width is 1-1/4 in. We are making corrections which could take up to 48 to be reflected on the website.

What gauge stainless steel are these made of.

14 gage = 0.078” = 2 mm. All of our stamped brackets are 14 gage.
