Has anyone used this on a guitar fingerboard, or other instrument? I have been told it is great for wooden instruments.

I use this stuff on all my guitars with a rosewood and ebony finger board. It works great and leaves the board with a nice hue, and darkens up the rosewood nicely also.

What do you use to apply it on the surface? a brush?

I use a piece of cloth and rags that are no longer used.It does not use a brush.Y's shop Japan

Can this be used on cutting boards

Feed-N-Wax is not considered food safe. We recommend using our Butcher Block Conditioner and Cutting Board Oil, both of which are food safe. The Butcher Block Conditioner is very similar to our Feed-N-Wax, in that it contains beeswax and is designed to condition and maintain the wood by preventing it from drying out and cracking. Cutting Board Oil is mostly used for oiling thick wood cutting surfaces. Cutting Board Oil has no wax; only pure food grade mineral oil.

is this good for cleaning kitchen cabinets? I have oil build up and can't find anything to clean the surface well.. they are natural hickory.

Feed-N-Wax polishes and conditions wood surfaces. To clean, use Howard Orange Oil or Howard Clean-A-Finish.
