I buy this for my husband a lot. He loves it because one he likes the taste and the flavor for this particular one. It has caffeine to help boost his drive when he is cycling 365 days a year. Easy to mix, great effectiveness especially when he does Ragbrai and other sporting events. Just wish it didn't cost so much but it works for him.

I’ve been using the Nuun Sport + Caffeine Electrolyte Tablets for a while now and I’m really impressed. Great value with the box when it’s on sale. The lemon lime is very tasty and the caffeine is great to get the energy to workout.
