Easy to swallow no side effects.
I was recommended to take these to help with my migraines. It took a few weeks to get into my system. I started off with one at night. Now I take 1 in the morning and 1 at night has been very effective. I have not had any side effects or reactions. I have seen a mild reduction in the intensity when a migraine starts. I found the go away a lot faster as well. Anyone who has frequent headaches to once a week migraines, I highly recommend this as part of your routine. The pills are not too big, and easy to swallow. Not hard on the tummy.

These are the best for me
I have tried several different brands of CoQ10, and this brand works best for me. I take a statin so it seems to help with achy pain I have since taking them. I take one in the morning and supposed to eat a very small amount of fat before you take them to help absorb or bond into your body.
