I used it for sensitivity of teeth. After 2 months of use, my teeth feel much better and sensitivity is gone. Dr Ele Philips website and her YouTube videos will have people with similar dental problems. As I now no longer need this therapy as my teeth have become healthy, so I am discontinuing use of Xylitol now

If u want to have it for mouth swishing it's good as it prevents bacteria buildup in mouth. If consumed after food n kept for 5 mins. It gives slight cooling sensation when melts.

Compared to sugar the sweetness is less a bit. But it is better compared to stevia sweetness. I use this to lessen the sugar craving, at the same time better for Dental health.

Taste is sweet as sugar but because it is made from corn, which is heavily sprayed with pesticides, I'm not sure if there is any pesticide residue in it. Would prefer an organic version.

Smells and tastes like perfumed talcum powder.

If you miss the taste and texture of sugar, no healthy substitute comes closer than xylitol. It also has the added benefit of fighting cavity-causing bacteria and also slows bone loss process in body.

Having used xylitol natural extract before, it is actually tasteless. This one tastes different. There is a strong odd taste when you add more than 2-3 spoons to tea or coffee. I don't like this product and I'd not buy this again.

I swish it in mouth.. I bought this for oral health.. It has cooling effect when you put in tongue you can easily feel.. Yes its sweet but i don't consume.. I swish and throw as mouthwash.. Helps me prevent dry mouth significantly... Really and the ease of using is another plus point.. Stimulates saliva and keeps your mouth nourished.. And the benefits of its dental importance is something that makes its use more easier than costly mouthwash that dries your mouth later
