Exact hose replacement for discontinued portable A/C by Whynter. Need to purchase these annually as plastic part of hoses become brittle and spilt and break off in pieces after a year in the So Cal sun. Thank you for carrying this, Amazon!!!

Works perfectly. A little tough getting it started, but once you get it going it screws into another exhaust hose about 6-7 threads and is is firm. No complaints. Thank you.

Hose for portable air conditioner
I like it because Amazon had it. The company online didn't.

Almost an exact replacement...
I just purchased a Whytner Portable AC, Model No. ARC-148MS. For my particular install I needed an additional 3 feet of exhaust hose, so I purchased this additional hose. My plan was to attach the two hoses together and I would have more than enough length. The only issue is that the one I just bought is more of a grey/white color and the one that came with the AC is a brighter white. No match at all very obvious they are different colors. So if that would bother you might want to call Whytner for advice. Hope this help!

This hose has no measurement inside our outside that is 5" diameter. I ordered the same product after sending the 1st one back thinking they must have pulled the wrong one of the shelf. It was identical to the 1st one. THIS IS NOT A 5" HOSE

Size says it is 5” but actually 5 1/8 and will not go on adapter
