Great tasting way to add some essential and nonessential branched chain amino acids to your diet. Mixes quick, tastes great, and zero complaints. The only thing I would add is that as you get to the bottom do you wanna shake it around a little bit otherwise it gets gritty.

Great product Love the taste has all the essential amino acids really helps during training and recovery I highly recommend anyone give it an honest try.

Dave Palumbos line of supplements have always been very good. Trusted name in buddy building and there is a lot of thought and actual research that goes into the formulation of his products. That said…man the iced tea flavor is odd. I don’t even know how to describe it! Not terrible, not good, just very strange!

My Nutritional Coach recommended this as I am plant based and he wanted to make sure I got my needed EAA's, and it's great! I'm just shocked at how the price went from about $29 to $37 suddenly. It's my only gripe.

Sorry to see artificial sweeteners in this product. Due to that addition, I will no longer be using this product.
