Very nice product but the only part I didn't like was the installation was a bit difficult.

I purchased (6) beautiful gray marble seats in August 2024. The installation was simple and quick. It is now November 2024 and we've had to tighten screws and re-install (5) of the seats so many times it's ridiculous. The seat in the rarely used bathroom is the only one never tightened. The seats constantly slip out of place (while you're using the bathroom) and the non-skid rubber piece is now warped. The metal joints sometimes disconnect which caused the seat to go out of place too.I'm contacting customer service. I don't know what can be done, but these seats were way too costly for this headache.

This does match perfectly with the tile in my shower; however, I removed a star because the seat comes apart easily and also the bottom part doesn't like to stay up very well. It starts to move forward, and you have to keep pushing it back. Even doing that, it won't stay next to the top part in the "up" position.

This was my first time changing a toilet lid and they made it so simple! It was installed within 3 minutes. It comes with a QR code with instructions that take you straight to YouTube and the video literally makes it so simple! The lid and seat close slowly as advertised. The seat was the perfect size for my toilet. The material is great quality and very comfortable it is very sturdy and not cheap by any means. Cleaning my toilet has never been easier, I would 10000% percent recommend and I will be purchasing again for my other 2 bathrooms! Very satisfied!

Seems to be of high build quality, but the color is completely misrepresented in the images. Dark browns are heavily incorporated in mine while the images show light greens and white.

The media could not be loaded. In my prior home, I had the same toilet seats in a gray marble. I purchased the white marble this time because it goes better in my new home. The soft clothes is actually very adjustable and it not only controls the lid but it controls how the seat comes down also. I am by myself so I don't worry about the seat going down that fast. Lol. They are very classic looking and add a nice little something to a relatively plain bathroom. I highly recommend you this manufacturer!
