Comfortable and Eco‑Friendly Cloth Pads
I’ve been using these Pixie cotton cloth pads as a replacement for disposable pantyliners, and they’ve worked really well for me. The 100% cotton material feels soft and breathable, and it’s much more comfortable than regular liners. They stay in place, absorb well for daily discharge, and don’t cause irritation. I also love that they’re washable and reusable, which makes them both eco‑friendly and cost‑effective. If you’re looking for a gentle, sustainable option for everyday feminine care, these are a great choice.

Easy to wash; small size slides
Wife: these wash great and work well except that the grips do not keep them in place for me. 5 stars if they didn’t slide. I will purchase a larger size to see if that fixes the issue.

Soft
I wasn’t sure about these. I am a senior and need a small pad on occasions. The cotton is soft they fit perfectly and wash well. I washed mine in cold water on hand wash/delicate and then just let them air dry. It doesn’t take long. No more nasty stick ons for me. I hope they hold up, I only need them sometimes but the times I have worn them they are very comfortable. They can slip a little but not usually enough to matter and only when pulling your pants up or down. Cute color and the buttons are adjustable which is also nice. I was afraid the buttons would be uncomfortable but I never knew they were there. It’s also nice to have the little pouch to keep them in or to take one with you in your purse. At this time I would recommend, if anything changes, I will de to my review A bit pricy so I hope they last long enough to warrant the cost

Perfect addition to reusable menstrual products
I’ve been really happy with these reusable liners. They’re thin and comfortable but still absorbent enough for light days, and they work great alongside a disc. The grips on the bottom keep them from shifting, they wash easily, and the included pouch is such a thoughtful touch. I love that they’re made with organic cotton—comfortable, practical, and well designed.

Lots of maintenance
Comfy and are made of cotton but kinda hard to clean and maintain. I wanted to be a healthy organic girly but these are a lot of work to clean.

A good low waste alternative to disposable liners
I'm pregnant at the moment so I use these mainly as panty liners rather than menstrual pads. They have worked great! I had to buy two packs because when I just had the one pack, I'd have to hand wash the pads after use and dry them or else I'd run out of pads by the end of the day (which means I'd have nothing to use the next day). With 10 total pads, I can use 3-4 in one day, wash them the next day, and use the remaining pads on wash day. I place them in a delicates bag to protect them from the agitator in my washer. I give the pads a rinse after use and hang dry them until wash day in order to avoid any mold growth. They can slide around a bit but it hasn't been too big of an issue for me.

Slip around too much
I wanted to try some reusable pads for light incontinence to cut down on how many disposable pads I'm throwing away. I chose these due to high ratings and the fact that it supposedly has "grippies to prevent slipping" as stated in the graphics. Those "grippies" are hard and slick. They have no grab to prevent slipping. I've been wearing my first one for less than 3 hours and have had to shift it back into place 3 times already. They shift horribly. They may be wonderful regarding absorbency for my needs, but they won't work for me because of the shifting. I'd like to return but unsure if I can now that one is used. Waste of money for me.

Perfect solution for my n
These pads are great for what I wanted them for. I am not using them for menstruation, but rather to protect my clothes from all the medicaments I have to use to treat an autoimmune condition affecting the external genitalia, called lichen sclerosis. I needed to wear 100% cotton, and I couldn’t find mini pads that met these requirements, not to mention the continual cost of purchasing mini pads. I tried to make my own pads out of cotton cloth but failed miserably. These Pixie cotton cloths are perfect: 100% cotton, they snap closed around the crotch of panties keeping it in place, and they are comfortable to wear. I am so happy I don’t have to worry about chemicals irritating my skin condition!

100% Recommend
So I started using one of the pads today and honestly they are wonderful so much better than the ones from the store not uncomfortable or itchy and I can’t even tell it’s there either because it’s not big and bulky and doesn’t bunch up like a panty liner I 100% recommend to anyone looking into getting these.

Great for irritated dry lady parts on perimenopause!
I have had vaginal hell with disposable pads for donkeys years on periods, and with the oh so delightful odours and discharges from perimenopause and frequent utis. Even organic ones. Absolute no. My vagina was grumbly and complaining and demonstrating her contempt like a surly teenager only with a dry parched Sahara desert vibe lol. In desperation I tried to find reusable pads, small ones that are organic and not dyed, and saw these pale cotton numbers from Pixie and thought yeah I want some of that magic Pixie lady pads magic and bought them. Well, a few wears in and I'm not itching and yes still leaky and dischargey, and dry but the soreness and itching has died down, and it's such a relief, a bit like being forced to listen to boybands on repeat for thirty five years and suddenly getting a hit of Kraftwerk. They really are that good. I wash them in organic perfume free soap by hand and soak/rinse, and air dry on the shower rail, its just the right size to fasten them onto lol. No stain remover, no laundry liquid, no not when they go down there! I might try organic baby laundry liquid at some point. Yes it's a bit icky to wash them and not throw them in the dryer, but the softness, comfort, fit and a great reduction in sore itching makes them a must have. Thank you Pixie! 😊

Whole product isn't cotton as it has a waterproof backing. Customer service is Fabulous.
I'd purchased these because I hadn't seen any mention of a waterproof backing and was having a hard time finding a panty liner where all the layers were cotton. When I received them they did indeed have a waterproof backing. I'd written a review expressing my frustration that this info wasn't more clear in the description. The company got back to me promptly and were so lovely and helpful. I got a refund without hassle. Turns out there is mention of the waterproof backing in one of the photos. It would be nice if they updated 'materials' to include all the materials. I'd recommend this company without hesitation. Great customer service.
