I speed walk approximately 7 miles a day and I have found blisters have been an issue.These have solved that. No blisters or discomfort at all.I am a broad size 9 and these fit perfectly. Tight but very comfortable and they look great.Highly recommended.

Was happy with these until I washed them. The liner is irritating and has to be put back in the socks each time. I have other socks that are equally comfortable without the additional liner issue. Would not purchase again.

The socks fit well, if I don’t wear these while I’m running, I will get blisters so yes, these work well. Nice and thin so can be worn under another pair if required. Highly recommend if you suffer from blisters.

I originally got a pair of these socks free with my running shoes.I was instantly converted. As well as feeling comfortable and supportive with the ergonomic padding the double layer design was a revelation to me. It completely eliminated any rubbing or blisters.Highly recommend.

I didn't realise when I bought these they were the two layer thing that I've had problems with in the past but these have held up really well and I still use them several months after purchase. As a (no longer) novice runner. These are part of the reason along with some under armour cycling shorts that have kept me running many months after starting. No blisters, not one and I notoriously suffer with them all over my feet.Maybe a little pricy for what they are, but if you're trying to get healthy and you want to make that change long term these will help you, so it is justifiable.

I am not totally taken with these. I got them because they were well reviewed. They have two layers which are supposed to reduce blisters. But when washed one layer shrinks more than the other and then they are hard to fit on. I have washed them on 30 degrees but they shrink. So they fit well on first wearing and then they are less good.

Quality comfortable socks for running will be buying more .

Look good quality but a little bit shorter than I'd hoped and a bit small sized I'm a 9/9.5 and the up to 10.5 is a little short in length
