OK German Scharfer Senf
Having grown up in Germany I'm a little partial to certain flavors and levels of heat. Nothing better than going down to the local Volksmarch, putting in a quick 20k and finishing with a bier and brat. The thing is the senf/mustard can make or break the brat. This mustard has a familiar taste, I like it really hot though. If you are looking for a good German Mustard give this one a shot. I someone know of a super hot one please let me know, would purchase again for sure.
