This tea is amazing! It brews blue BUT with just a drop or two of lemon-OMG!- like magic: it turns VIOLET!!!It was SO cool to watch it.The taste is mild, and I believe it has a great deal of flexibility:• as is w your favorite sweetener• add lemon to change the color to violet, and the possibilities from there are endless, such as creating stunning beverages with various spirits or by adding cream and spirits for an amazing violet-colored cocktail w a sprig of lavender or edible purple flowers, or making your own gelatin treats, or candies...ENDLESS POSSIBILITIES!I am very happy with this purchase, and plan on purchasing it again for Purple Rain-themed nights!!!
