Sent the wrong cone!

Didn't send what was pictured, got a plain one, furthermore I tried responding to their simple mistake that they could have made right with me, as a customer & they have failed to even make any contact with me... By far one of the worst transactions that I ever have made.. I Will Not do business with this company again & wouldn't recommend them PERIOD!!!
