I have been ordering these kits for about 4 years now. Great product. Have not found one yet I do not like. Fast shipping as well. Usually arrives earlier than stated.

Came out great!
First try at a Sour. seems to be getting better with age. alot simpler sour to do than I had heard. will defiantly be doing another !

Read the expiration date on Yeast. Mine was out of date and failed to produce fermentation.
Have made other styles from this brand but this pilsner not so much. Followed the direction exactly and after 6 days there was a lot of mold growing and no fermentation. Had to throw out the batch. Very dissatisfied with this style of pilsner. Reached out to company but haven't received a reply .
