You don't have to send your wood floors.
This product is amazing. Just clean your floors and they're ready to go you don't have to send your wooden floors as long as they're clean and ready to go you can paint right over it. It's a very easy to step process and it looks great.

So glad I invested in this!
I'd been avoiding refurbishing my 80 year old stairs in my house. So many options and ideas, and I wanted something simple that I could tackle myself, and just breath some new life and a clean look to my steps. The hardest part was making sure I didn't need anything from the upstairs while I waited for the recommended drying time so I could actually use the steps in between coats. I painted the flats black, and the risers white. The paint applies very smoothly, but be sure you're using at least a medium quality brush. Very little odor from the paint or the clear coat. 3 coats of white on the risers and sides, and 3 coats on the flats, and I still have almost half a can of each color left over for touch ups down the line should I need them. The clear coat dries to a medium gloss, and you'd swear it was poly or urethane. The clear coat appears milky in the can, but it's ready to go, just shake and go. It's a bit runny, so be sure you are using good lighting and get all your brush strokes evenly. I also applied pre-cut non-slip carpet treads after I was finished, so all the wear and traffic will be applied to the treads. So we'll see how this paint and clearcoat measures up over time. I didn't even use a 1/4 of the clear coat can, so there's plenty left over for another application, or just to use as a yearly maintenence. Well worth the investment, and my stairs look great!

Kitchen makeover
Best home improvement project! I painted ugly and damaged green floors that I hated. Now they are a beautiful shade of black that makes them look clean and modern. I degreased the floor with Krud Kutter first. Easy to apply and cheap. An astonishing conversion. Excellent product!

Third time's the charm?
Overall this is a great product and super easy to use. Results in really good coverage and a nice finish (for the matte option). My only only issue with this paint is the color...it's SO hard to tell what you're going to get and what it will look like once applied. The left picture is aged grey (my first attempt) but looked too blue /lavender and completely clashed with my dark wood flooring. The middle color is charcoal grey, which is a beautiful color but it too had a blue hue and conflicted with the grey counter top (making the counter appear purplish). The right hand picture is the black which I'm ultimately happy with, just wish I didn't have several other layers of paint underneath it. In certain lighting the black does appear more as a dark navy than a true jet black. Oddly it seems all these paints have blue hints to them. Something to note too is that I ordered 2 charcoal greys and they differed in color...one was darker and one was quite a bit lighter. But having done this THREE separate times now (luckily our half bath is very small), the product applies wonderfully, instructions are easy to follow, AND it's easy to paint over 😊.

Excellent floor paint!
Awesome products, I have painted with this brand many times and it’s always great to work with and holds up well over time. The base color is pearl grey with aged grey stencil. A little more challenging doing two colors and a stencil as the paint has to properly dry in between but well worth the time it took.

Before and after
BUY IT!!!!!! This was the easiest to work with!!!! Made all the difference in the world!!! Can’t wait to see how it holds up!!! I bought the black semi gloss for the wall tile, and the aged grey for the floor!! Here is a before and after!!!!! Literally so easy, followed directions exactly and WOW 🤩 amazing!!

Floor looks great!!
Well, I did my bathroom floor and it's amazing. I should have taken before and after photos, I'm always embarrassed by my before pictures. The floor was an ugly linoleum; I watched multiple you tube videos it looked fairly easy. The biggest issue is you have to wait between coats so we couldn't use this bathroom for several days, then I wanted to make sure it wasn't stepped on while setting up.

Probably not gonna last
I was skeptical about this product to begin with but I thought I'd give it a shot for a quick fix of some ugly kitchen tiles. Just a heads up, if you have any type of animal at home, you are bound to get at least 10 pet hairs stuck to the paint, no matter how many times you sweep/mop! I was obsessive about making sure there were no hairs or dust on the floors and still got some caught in the paint. I did two coats of the base and three coats of the top coat. Waited a full 24 hours before carefully walking on floors/using the kitchen. It looks great, but after a week, I dropped a small cabinet handle on the floor and it left a mark. I also have some small chips in some places where furniture was moved. With it being the kitchen and having lots of activity most days, I highly doubt it's going to last "a lifetime" like the company boasts, however; i do think it's a good temporary fix for ugly floors. I just at least hope it lasts a year or two, with the amount of effort put into it. Guess we'll see!
