Very easy to install comes with the hardware you need to install it in your HVAC system. Very easy to fill. Attempted to use it outside my HVAC system and it was a little overpowering in the room that it was in. After installing yet learning how to program the unit took a little time because it is in military time format. I wouldn’t say the programming is user-friendly. Trying to find the right set level is a nice feature. I do like that the scent is distributed at throughout the whole house not in just one general area. I found it to work a lot better on the fan intake rather than the supply side of the furnace. The original scent that I ordered never came so I had to re-order I’m going to start using quiet bamboo sent it smells subtle but noticeable. I have been monitoring how much scent oil it is using it is all based off of how you have the schedule and what level you set it to. Going at this rate I think it may last two months before needing a refill. It does make a noticeable humming noise sounds like a very small aquarium pump. But is not too loud. But I definitely wouldn’t have it in a bedroom. This would be really nice if it had an app or some type of Alexa integration I may try to plug it into a smart plug and see if I can manipulate it that way. The manual is not that great and neither is the display but if you play with it enough you’ll figure it out. The unit does not seem high-quality but it does not seem extremely cheap. If you have any type of technical abilities/handyman skills it shouldn’t be any issue to install and learn. The scent levels are between 1 and 9 currently I am at about 3 and it is not too strong. So far I will recommend but I will not highly recommend I’m curious to see how long it will hold up hopefully it will last me a few years. My last complaint is that I wish instead of dispensing the fragrance in long intervals with a pause it would be a little better if it would meter slowly and evenly. because sometimes it can be strong and then you cannot smell it until it dispenses again. In my opinion it was a little too strong for one small room it works a lot better in large open areas or hooked up to the HVAC system. I hope this was helpful.

There's no magic here! This bamboo scent did not smell good or bad, I absolutely could not smell a single thing. Shipping was super fast and carefully wrapped and packaged.

It makes my whole house smell wonderful! We got more of the bamboo scent which is a great scent but was by to try others. Totally worth getting off you want your house to smell wonderful all the time! We get compliments all the time how great the house smells by everyone that comes over!

For a small bottle and the price, you could have at least filled the bottles! Smells good at least.
