a little disappointed. Rating is for the packaging not the actual tea
The actual tea is great! I have not made it through the whole box yet. However, out of the 10 bags I have used, 4 of them were ripped open. At first I thought it was my error and possibly ripped the bag when I opened the package. I opened the next package very carefully only to find the bag had a hole in it as well. So did the next 2 I opened. I hoping the rest of the box is ok. I know this can happen during processing, but so far half that I have tried to use have been ripped and unusable since I do not have anything to put it in for use.
