This case is ok. It smells really bad; I have had to air it out inside out for over a week and I can still smell it. It's that cheap petroleum chemical smell, like you smell when you buy a black rubber flashlight at the Dollar Store. The outside is pretty; the material is reasonable thick but not as protective as a well padded laptop briefcase. I did NOT get a carrying strap with mine so that is disappointing!! Photo is of the item inside out specifically done to air it out.

This bag is very pretty, but not a very functional laptop bag. First, it does have an odd smell. Second, it does not have very much padding to keep the laptop safe. Third, it has no interior pockets. And Fourth (and perhaps the worst) the handles for the bag are sewn into the interior inside the zipper, so you cannot carry the bag by the handles while the bag is closed 😕

The name of this bag tells exactly what it is...a carrying case. It offers little protection, so if that is what you are looking for, this is NOT the case for you. There is no real padding inside. I didn't expect the lack of protection when I bought this case. I think I was too enamoured by the looks of it and didn't bother checking into the details of it.As for looks, it is very pretty...I thought even better than the online photo. There are two ways to carry it. One is the long shoulder strap that attaches to the outside (it is stashed in the packing foam that comes inside the case. Some who said they didn't get a strap may have not noticed it). The other straps are short handles to carry by hand. Here is where there is an issue you may not like. The short straps are sewn on the INSIDE of the case. Therefore, you cannot close the dual zippers if you want to use these handles. I can deal with this.

Beautiful fabric print, but there is NO padding. I do not feel safe putting my expensive and large gaming laptop in this bag and carrying it around, especially during travel. The fabric feels more like a soft, thin, foam material and there is nothing inside that would add an additional barrier to protect your electronics. It is not a sturdy bag. It may be good for a small, light laptop / surface/ chromebook, etc. but nothing more than that. I guess it's considered a "sleeve"...but then it shouldn't be presented as a laptop bag with a strap because that totally threw me off.***If you found this review helpful, please click the "Yes" button below! This laptop sleeve is beautiful. I was surprised to find a beautiful sleeve at such a good price. Most sleeves are boring black and manly looking this one is so pretty. I have bought the mouse pad that matches and plan on buying the laptop cover next payday.I gave 4 stars because I had to leave it outside for several weeks to remove the horrible smell. Out of the bag I didn't smell anything, but... when I opened the bag whoa man the smell was bad. I have chemical sensitivities but I think this would have bothered others. So I hung it up under my porch and it stayed out there for several weeks. Now it is ok and I have used it a few times. There is also one other thing that I consider a design flaw the smaller handles are sewn inside the bag so if you want to hold this in your hands you cannot zip up the bag. That really isn't an issue for me but it would be much nicer if you could use the hand holds with a zipped up bag. The shoulder strap is long enough to use cross body (I am tall and large person) if needed and seem to be strong.

I absolutely love this laptop bag. It fits my 17.3 inch computer perfectly. The strap is super comfortable on my shoulder and extends to so you can wear it comfortably. It snaps onto the outside hooks with ease. The neoprene outside is water resistant and the zipper seems quite sturdy. There are hidden handles inside so you can carry it if needed. The design on the front is bright and very well done. I also put my charging cord inside, and it fits as well. Just makes the whole thing a little bulky, but really not a big deal. I would highly recommend this sleeve!

IT'S A SLEEVE....Really pretty in person looks just like the picture. I didn't pay attention to it being just a sleeve though, I typed in "Laptop bags" when I found this so I was a bit surprised that it was so flimsy not a lot of room inside of it and honestly not a lot of padding but again I didn't see it was a sleeve. I'm giving it 4 stars because delivery was fast and the bags are really pretty just like the picture (I ordered two) and they do hold my 17 inch HP laptop and the cord, the mouse fits but it's a tight fit. Just not enough cushion or room for anything else like papers or pens etc. I will be giving one of these to my sister who just needs something to carry her laptop in when she goes to friends houses etc so she doesn't need anything major. I'll be ordering an actual laptop bag and paying better attention to the description next time :)

Just received this beautiful bag, many days BEFORE the scheduled delivery date, I might add. :-) The bag is just as described. The design is a wonderfully vibrant and clear image. It easily fit my large HP 17.3" laptop. It also has more than enough room for the cord, mouse, and a notebook or two and some writing tools. I hesitate to fill it up too much as I don't want to stretch it out of shape. I think the only way this bag could improve would be to have a heavy duty strap sewn to the side that would wrap around down one side to the bottom and back up the other side. This would strengthen the bag for a computer this size, and help it hold its shape longer. (I sew, and therefore see things from that perspective.)

I love this print. I am only using it to store my laptop at home to keep it dust free. It is not as plush inside like I would have liked but I am not travelling around with it so it works for me

It looks nice but the packaging smell is terrible. I left it outside for hours to air it out and sprayed with febreeze but the smell was still there. Will put in the dryer next. Otherwise, the product looks and feels nice.
