Q: Does this clean oil and grease spots?

If you have oil and grease spots, use "CHOMP Pull It Out". This stuff is AMAZING. Do NOT wet the concrete, just pour some of the white liquid over the oil / grease (Including fresh oil and old spots). I then actually agitate is a little, but you do not have to. Wait until it dries and then sweep away the stain with a broom. The liquid pulls the oil out, then turns into a powder. Q: Will this work on a 5 x 12 concrete porch with rust stains before painting?

It should, pour it on and let it soak for a few min. attack it with a stiff bristled brush. May need more than one treatment.

Crystal etch, never used it. This product cleans your garage floor and etches it like a cats tongue.
