Good little clock, the clock is silent, bit the pendulum makes a knocking sound when working, it's not to loud but it's something to consider if you need total silence, overall the clock is good value for money and it keeps good time

It's a cheap and cheerful option that went down a treat for being just that. The second hand kept getting stuck but just needed pulling out a bit. Everyone who has seen it wants one! Hahahahaha. Works as a clock and you'd not realize it was plastic from a distance of about two and a half miles. I'll likely be getting it again for future friends retirement do's.

THIS CLOCK IS EXCELLENT. WHEN INSERTING THE CLOCK BATTERY BE CAREFUL NOT TO BEND THE CLOCK HANDS. THE DYNAMIC DISPLAY IS EXCELLENT, RUN BY A SEPARATE BATTERY IN THE BASE. YES, IT MAKES A VERY PLEASENT AND QUIET TICKING SOUND. IF YOU DON'T WANT ANY SOUND, SIMPLY DON'T INSERT THE BASE BATTERY.

Feels flimsy, but looks stylish once set up. The battery is a nightmare to get in - that's once you work out where to actually put it! The instructions are well nigh useless, even if you can understand them (they are sort of in English). Other than that, it does look aesthetically pleasing on top of my bureau and seems to work well enough. Bottom line: you get what you pay for.
