This is one of the most versatile items we offer. The Newburg is wonderful over buttery puff pastry, any type of pasta or toast points. It can be mixed in with a risotto made with chicken broth and served with a sprinkling of parsley or chives. Fill mini tartlets for a scrumptious hors d'oeuvre. Our favorite is to fill crepes with the Newburg, and top with a touch of lemon zest.
