Ethique Eco-Friendly Face Cleansing Bar, Bliss Bar 3.88 Oz

Love this bar! Takes off makeup great, doesn’t leave my skin feeling dry. I was worried about breaking out when switching to a bar cleanser but I didn’t at all. I purchased this a few months ago and the bar is still pretty much the same size and hasn’t gotten gross. Highly recommended and worth the price.

I like ethique’s products. Their packaging has no plastics. My skin feels soft after use with no drying.

I have struggled with my skin being dry on top and oily on bottom, as well as dry flaky skin next to my nostrils for years. I tried everything for that including dandruff shampoos and treatments. Nothing ever fixed it. Since I am on a plastic-reducing journey I decided to try some Ethique products and got a small sample of this cleanser. When I say this soap, combined with the solid moisturizer, immediately got rid of my flakey skin... I am not joking. These two products have changed my life. I will never buy another set of products again. These have replaced everything else I could need for my face care. This soap is gentle enough to not give my skin that tight feeling like soap normally does after use. It lathers well and does mostly take off my makeup (it does not take off my waterproof mascara but does take off my normal mascara). It also lasts a REALLY long time. I use it daily and only need to reorder about twice a year. I couldn't recommend this soap more.

Review for the Ethique Bliss Bar Like many others, I purchased this face wash because it’s plastic free as I’m on a plastic-free journey. Also, many other have said it has lasted a long time. Good for the planet and my wallet in the long run. (Initially, I do find the cost a bit steep.) The scent is mild, and it didn’t cause my sensitive skin to flare up. It was really easy to use! I just wet my hands, lather it for few seconds in my palm, then wash my face with the suds that was produced. (I don’t take the bar soap itself to my face.) It leaves my skin feeling super clean! I follow with a homemade serum that’s made with castor oil, almond oil, vitamin e oil, and vegetable glycerin. I then store the product in a old candle tin. (I had to cut the soap bar up to make it fit, but that’s no problem with me. I really love the look of this tin.) All in all, I absolutely adore this face wash! I’d buy it again. I’m just upset at how it’ll expire in October of this year. I would only be able to use this product for three months. To avoid waste, I gave half of it to my brother who also has sensitive skin and eczema.
