I bought this for my daughter who was stressed out at college. This and aromatherapy oil was used to make her a relaxation room. She's back at home and is still using it. The colors aren't so bright that you can't sleep and casts a pretty glow throughout the room. She plugs in her phone and listens to island music and is sleeping in no time. I would recommend this to anyone trying to zone out and sleep. I buying one for my grandson for his new room.

this is a good light, but there are better ones, SOAIY is one i got recently that i like it better. it has more light options and doesn't automatically start playing nature sounds when it starts up. its not a big deal, i can pause it right away, but the volume doesn't really go down when you press the down volume button. the other light i bought also has a dimmer which would have been nice. this is a great light, it has nicer colors, and it has a remote which i like, and an automatic timer. but the dimmer setting would have been great for using as a night light. overall, four stars. not bad by any means, but a few additional tweaks would make it better for my use.

Bought this as a “night light” for my little one. It’s perfect! Absolutely perfect. It plays a few soothing sounds and you also have the option of plugging in your phone or tablet.

This is a very cool night light. Lots of different settings, colors are bright and true. Thi light gives off a nice night time glow that is not too bright that one cannot fall asleep. It has a timer and automatically shuts off. However some of the settings can be headache inducing even for my little girl. The blue, pink, and purple though she finds calming and is perfect for her mermaid themed room. Does look like ocean waves. Be aware if you have any seizure disorders with this light though!
