ottimo prodotto, basta metterlo in acqua calda (circa 80 gradi) fino a quando il materiale diventa trasparente, a quel punto si posiziona sull'arcata dentale superiore, e si sistema bene (rapidamente dato che tende ad indurirsi), si aspetta qualche minuto fino a che la resina è perfettamente indurita e il gioco è fatto, in caso il risultato non soddisfi si ripete la procedura. Lo sto usano da varie notti, e sono soddisfatto, al primo uso nei primi minuti mi sembrava fastidioso, ma in un attimo ci si abitua e il fastidio scompare, rimane saldo ma allo stesso tempo alla mattina si estrae in un attimo e le gengive non hanno alcun problema. sicuramente un ottimo prodotto a un costo contenuto.

I’ve been really impressed with this night guard. The biggest difference for me is how thin it is — it doesn’t feel nearly as bulky or intrusive as other guards I’ve tried, which makes it much easier to sleep with. Moulding it took a little care, but once fitted it sits comfortably and feels secure without being overly tight. Despite being only 1.6mm thick, it still feels strong enough to provide good protection against nighttime grinding. It took a couple of nights to get completely used to wearing it, but after that I barely noticed it. Comfortable, lightweight and well designed. Very happy with it.
