Are these any good for Freezing meat? Have anybody tried it?

No.. the raw meat would make the bag soggy, and the paper would stick to the frozen meat. They're just plain paper bags

They come the sellers packaging bit not in plastic bag or anything. I use them just pulling front one from string. Keep them in kitchen drawer.
