Heavy Duty and just heavy
This thing is heavy duty, and just plain heavy. I know if it experienced a fire, everything inside would survive.Unfortunately, because it is so protective, it doesn't hold much.As others have said, the key lock is a little finicky, but I haven't had an issue with it. (Again, it doesn't hold much, so I put in my important documents that I don't need access to a lot)I also registered it on their website so if it were to be in a fire, then I can get a free replacement.

Perfect Size
This product is an excellent size for files, notebooks, and other documents. Being both fire-safe and water-safe makes for secure storage of most important documents. The only downside is that it is necessarily somewhat heavy.

We use this product to protect valuable information records for cemeteries. Fits 8 1/2 X 11 cards and hangers. Excellent value!
